Maugansville Elementary School
Saturday 9:00 AM Zone 4
Big Chain Ring / Anaerobic Threshold Workout - Zone 4 - speed 22 to 26 mph (the latter depends upon the wind of course) on the loop southeast of Williamsport - 3 Laps (~ 1 hour) should just about do us. We will work a moving paceline in order to allow everyone to keep their heart-rates up - If your heart rate gets to high - sitting in is very much agreed upon - this ride is designed to help both the strong and those who want to get stronger - The ride to the loop takes about 1/2 hour and is a really nice warm-up. The return - is the nice cool down.

Sunday 9:00 AM Zone 2/3
2 to 3 hours of riding - steady state group ride - 5+ minute pulls (zone 2/3) - everyone rotates through - use good judgement - if you are feeling good - take longer pulls - if tired - short stints - and for all of you Mount Mitchell entrants we just might throw in a hill to gas out those legs

Wednesday 5:30 PM Zone 2/3
It is almost daylight savings time again. I would like to get everyone from last year back together plus somemore riders who want go fast for forty miles. We will met at the Kings Playground in Greencastle (across the rail road tracks, between Sunnyway and Foodlion) the rides will start at 5:30. Spread the word to any one who is interested in good, fun, and fast rides.
Maugansville Elementary School - Directions
The rides go from the East Parking Lot of Maugansville Elementary School. The school is located on Maugans Ave. If you take the Maugansville exit off of I-81, this places you on Maugans Ave. Just head west and the school is on the south side of the road.
